The fix went live and the issue is now resolved.
We identified the issue and implemented a fix. The rollout will begin shortly.
Until the fix is live you can use an existing workaround:
After logging in again you should be able to continue your work.
You can expect the fix to go live in ~30 minutes.
We are aware of issues trying to access Echometer and are currently investigating this incident.
Maintenance has completed successfully and all services are available again. We'll be monitoring stability for some time.
We are now taking the app offline for maintenance.
We have successfully tested the planned maintenance on a current backup of our production database. Based on the test run, we expect the actual downtime of the Echometer App to stay well below 20 minutes.
We will post another update shortly before the start of the actual downtime at some point after 6pm CEST, and then update regularly until the service is fully operational again.
Echometer will be unavailable during a planned database maintenance. If all goes well, the maintenance should take much less time than the scheduled time of 4 hours.
The issue has been resolved and Jira issues can be created normally again.
We've identified the root cause and a fix is being worked on.
Some customers are reporting not being able to create Jira Issues from Action Items. We're investigating.
